So on Saturday night Angie and I went out to eat and then to her roommate Molly's former house in Clairemont for a kegger. All was well, some good people and interesting conversations with people from all over and the beer tasted good. So anyway this one dude was there that claimed to be a finalist on a past season of American Idol and he started rapping against this other dude like ghetto 8 mile style, making fun of each others clothes, teeth and talent. Then these other two homies got into it and things got pretty heated when one started making fun of Clairemont (that shitty area between the 163 and 805 where I used to live). So the other stunta apparently took offense and called his boys from his cell. Finally when his posse showed up he confronted the dude and his peeps bounced around talkin smack. Dude #1 said he wasn't talking trash, that he knew the Clairemont gangs and he's their bro. But they didn't listen and soon they jumped him. Grappling, rolling around on the ground, some punches thrown before the Marilyn, the hostess started freakin and kicked the stuntaz out. So then the dude's girl got involved, Marilyn hit one of the boyz and then the posse started hitting the girlies. And then a few of us jumped in there to get the chick out and I got clocked in the head by some p*ssy who was hitting the girl. I mean, come on stunta, no need to hit the females. Girls need to be loved, not beaten. It's weird though cause I didn't even really feel the hit, since I think the adrenaline was pumping and you know, in hindsight I wasn't upset, but kind of taken aback and a little excited at all the commotion. Some people were freaking but we left shortly and I took Molly and some other roommates home to Mira Mesa. And so today, Monday, my jaw hurts when I eat, cause I think it's connected to that part of my head where I got hit. I wasn't angry at the time but the next day when I sat down and thought about it, I got a little pissed...it's this whole testosterone thing thinking "how dare someone hit me" or "I should've body slammed those stuntaz", but I guess I'm over it.
